Returns & refunds

Eligibility

Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and shipped at the customer's expense to our returns center in Shenzhen, China.

Refunds

Refunds are issued as store credit only. A 35% restocking fee applies to all returns. Refunds are processed within 90 business days of receiving the item.

Clearance

Clearance items are final sale.
